Recertify With Global!

According to our records, you maintain service under a Global Connection Wireline Federal Lifeline Plan. As such, you are required to recertify on an annual basis that you remain eligible to participate in the Lifeline Program. Your recertification will allow you to maintain your enrollment in the Federal Lifeline Program. Recertification requires that you recertify, under penalty of perjury, that your information is correct as stated within our system, and that the statements you certified upon your original application remain true and correct, to the best of your knowledge. Please carefully read each line on the recertification form and if you are able to certify (swear and confirm them to be true and correct), sign your name. If you are unable to certify to the statements, you must be de-enrolled from the Lifeline program, unless you can prove otherwise.

If any of your information is not correctly stated or if you need to update any of your information, such as your address, or your program participation, as stated within our system, you cannot recertify within this system and you must contact us directly by calling 1-877-511-3009. StandUp Wireless will notify you at least 30 days prior to the date you are required to recertify. If you fail to recertify or are unable to recertify, you will be deemed ineligible to participate in the Lifeline program and will be de-enrolled.
